Single Well Water Cut Analyzer
Wet gas metering is a well known challenge in the gas industry, especially when small amounts of liquid are present in high volume gas streams. This wet gas metering system is designed for inline measurement of gas flow while simultaneously determining liquid content such as water or condensate. The system features a modular structure that supports stable operation, low failure rates, and easy maintenance. It consists of a gas liquid separation module, gas flow measurement module, flow control module, and liquid measurement module. During operation, the gas liquid mixture enters a centrifugal separation section where primary separation occurs. The gas stream passes through a mist removal stage before measurement, while the separated liquid is collected, measured, and discharged based on liquid level control, ensuring continuous and reliable wet gas measurement.
