Wet Gas Well Multiphase Flow Meter
The ALC05 Wellhead Water Cut Meter is designed for accurate measurement of water content at oilfield wellheads. It connects directly to the processing pipeline using two DN50 flanges, with other sizes available upon request, enabling both online real-time monitoring and offline measurements. Its design and measurement method minimize the effects of gas and other impurities in crude oil, ensuring precise water content readings.
The device features a main control box, which serves as the primary measurement and control unit displaying real-time water cut data, and a junction box that provides Amphenol connectors for external power and communication. Users can adjust measurement parameters easily via the control unit according to operational requirements.

The device includes temperature control functionality, allowing users to set a target temperature. It features a built-in temperature sensor that measures and displays temperature directly, without needing an external transmitter, and automatically compensates for water content measurement results.
Users can configure the daily measurement schedule and frequency to record individual water cut readings and calculate a comprehensive daily average.
The instrument offers an in situ display with Chinese characters and digital readout, along with intuitive 3-key non-contact controls, simplifying operation in explosion-proof environments.
Installation is quick and flexible, requiring no straight pipe sections upstream or downstream, and the device is unaffected by flow velocity variations.
An integrated automatic heating system allows the maximum heating temperature to be set, ensuring proper medium stratification under varying operating conditions.
